Our latex balloons will float a minimum of 24 hours. We add high float to our high-quality latex and they last longest when kept at 70-74 degrees. If your balloons are bagged for easier transport, remove them from the bag as soon as possible. The bag does decrease the float time. Mylar balloons can last a few days up to several months we hear.

Yes! We will inflate your balloons, but we do not know the quality of balloons brought in, so we cannot make any guarantees. If your balloon is defective, you are still responsible to pay for the helium that was used. Prices start at $2.50 and vary by size of the balloon.

It is recommended for balloons to be a final pick up on your route, especially in warmer temperatures. We work with a temperamental medium and have a saying around here that “hot makes them pop and cold makes them drop”.

Always consider what vehicle you will be in when picking up balloons! Also consider how many passengers and party supplies you will have in the vehicle that may keep you from folding seats to make more room. We do make balloon garlands that you can pick up and transport. For a bulkier looking balloon garland, delivery and set up is recommended as large balloon add-ins fill a vehicle quickly. Here are a few general guidelines to help: a small car will hold 1-2 full bouquets or an approx six-foot transportable garland, a small SUV with backseats folded will hold four to six bouquets or two small towers or an approx ten-foot transportable balloon garland. A medium SUV with all backseats folded will hold six to eight bouquets or two large towers or up to fourteen feet of transportable balloon garland.

We do not rent helium tanks.

We have a couple of easy tips: If tape can be used, use a masking tape that won’t damage the wall. Tie a knot in the end of an uninflated long balloon that we will provide and place it on the wall where you want the garland. Place a piece of tape horizontally just under the knot you tied. Next, place two more pieces of tape vertically over each side of the horizontal piece that you placed first, creating an H with your tape. After that, place your garland up to the wall and pull the long end of your long balloon into the garland and either tie that end tightly to a balloon tail or wrap the balloon around several balloons tight. It will act as a rubber band holding the garland in place. Usually three attachment points are sufficient for a 10-foot garland. If tape is not allowed on the wall, tie an un-inflated long balloon that we will provide to a light clip style command hook placed on the wall where you need your attachment points then tie the long end to a balloon tail in the garland or wrap tightly around several balloons to hold in place.
